INDIVIDUAL RATES & PACKAGES:
Individual Therapy (weekly or bi-weekly):
- 50 Minute Session: $275
- 75 Minute Session: $350
Individual Therapy (one session monthly, available after a minimum of 6 weekly sessions):
- 1.5 Hour Session: $450
Individual Journey Packages (healing, self-awareness, or self-actualization tracks) 1 hypnotherapy session included:
- 6 (1 hr) Session Journey Package: $2,400
- 8 (1 hr) Session Journey Package: $3,100
- 12 (1 hr) Session Journey Package: $4,500
COUPLES RATES & PACKAGES:
Couples Therapy (weekly or bi-weekly):
- 50 Minute Session: $350
- 75 Minute Session: $425
Couples Therapy (one monthly session, option available after a minimum of 6 weekly sessions):
- 2 Hour Session: $700
Premarital Journey Packages (Includes Prepare/Enrich online assessment and workbook):
- 4 (75 minute) Sessions: $1,475
- 6 (75 minute) Sessions: $2,250
- 8 (75 minute) Sessions: $2,850
Couples Journey Packages (Revamp or Heart-Centered track):
- 8 (1 hr) Session Journey Package: $2,900
- 12 (1 hr) Session Journey Package: $4,200
Couples-in-Crisis:
- 3.25hr Intensive: $1,200
Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale:
Due to my belief that everyone who seeks therapy is deserving of the experience, I do offer a limited amount of reduced/sliding scale fees which are based on need. Discounts also available when 4 sessions are purchased at one time. Please contact Tamara Thompson, LMFT for more information.
While I may not take your insurance, I can provide a receipt of service which you can provide to your health insurance provider. Services may be reimbursed in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- How much will I be reimbursed for out-of-network providers?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment:
Payment is due at time of service. All major credit cards, cash, HSA and FSA.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Journey packages, Hypnotherapy sesssions, and Intensives require a 48-hour advanced notice.
Client Perks:
Current clients receive a discount on all groups (accountability group, etc), events (vision board, self-love, couples date night), and select merchandise.
